Received a phone call from some man but could not understand anything he was saying at this number.

This guy called me thins morning just before 9 a.m. I would not answer it. I called it back, and all I caught was his last name was "Patel", I asked him why he did not leave a message he said he could not give me any details. My husband & I are both in law enforcement so we did not give any info. Not even our names or anything. I asked him what firm he was calling from and he said all he could tell me is he is from a financial instituition and he said he will not tell me anything else until I give him my personal information.  I googled his number and can't find any location on him.

The number on our caller ID is 1-651-255-4083 and he was American. The title on my caller ID was Alliance One.

this number keeps call my cell phone.  I can't understand how.  Never leaves a message

I recv'd a call today.  "Patel" could not correctly pronounce my name.  Would not speak to me till I was on a recording verifing who I was.  It was harrassing and threating - let alone scarry.  I am not sure who this is.   I plan to go to a local public venue and use the phone to call this number back.   I will report what happens.   I work for the US Census Bureau.   I just like law enforecement - I would not give info out.  My children are told now not to answer their phones with this number.  Quite often I find that if you say don't call me again, they just use another phone to call from.
