    Legit companies actually leave a message.  No message = not important = scam = blocked.  Period.

    I dont believe this is a legitimate company. All my student loans are being paid even though they are in deferment because I'm in school. Also, all my loans are with navient. None have been transferred externally. And lastly, I just went through a divorce and bankruptcy and currently no creditor is allowed to call me. Navient has even marked my loans as such even though they still get payments. This is a scam.

    Called a few times no messages. I do have a student loan, but I'm not behind.  I assume it may be a spoofed # like the IRS and Social Security Administration scams.
