    I received a call from this number. My phone setting allows for 4 rings. This phone # rang for way over four so somehow bypassed my settings. I didn't answer.
    DLVRY CHECK showed on Caller ID. Did not show up on my list of calls as other phone calls have.

    I'm a little confused.  Solicitor would indicate someone selling something.  Doesn't look like they were selling anything if the package is free which means that there was no reason for you to file a complaint.
