A recording promised me two free passes to the bahamas if I took their survey, which was all about green technology adoption. When it was time to give me my sweet, sweet travel deal, the system hung up on me. Shocking!

Called my office.  I missed it and am glad.

Intercepted by Nomo.  Years ago my husband answered the call from a telemarketer offering a free ski vacation to Tahoe.  My husband angrily accused the caller of playing a cruel joke, since he had just been released from the hospital after having both legs amputated (of course it's not true). The man stuttered a profuse apology and hung up.   We still laugh about that one!

The DNC List seems to be a cash cow for our government.  We complain, they fine the caller.  I made such a detailed report one time, with dates and times of numerous calls, that I actually got a call from a man investigating the case.  Haven't heard back, but hope they paid a nice fine.  (They seem to write the fines into their business plan, then just pay them and keep right on dialing.

How do you block an entire Area Code?  I just had a call from -1619, and had another one recently from the 657 Area Code.

Called my cellphone around 7pm. I didn't recognize # so sent to VM. Needless to say they weren't nice to leave me a message lol. Yeap spammer.

Saw the missed call. After reading this, glad I didn't answer.

Automated recording claiming recipient will get 2 free cruise tickets for conducting a survey. Pressed 9 to remove myself from call list - not sure if that will work...

Called and the call was NOT blocked by nomo.  Rang and hung up before we got to it and left no message.

Just called again.  First time was Anaheim, CA and second time was 16572201619.  Talk about fast and furious.

Called twice. I blocked it.

Missed and now, blocked.

Robo call trying to sell you a vacation.

Wow, I see people here who were called just 20 minutes ago!  This character must be sitting there with his morning coffee, waiting for the robodialer to connect with someone, so he can ruin another person's breakfast.

Call came in to my cel phone, the old TracPhone.  Only the second cel spam call I have gotten in 3 years.  Didn't recognize the number (he may be from Anaheim, but that area code is 714, not 657), so I didn't answer.  Hope this won't be a trend.
