Called my mobile number but left no message.
Most numbers like beginning with the digits 661-234-9XXXX are serviced by the CLEC called "BANDWIDTH.COM CLEC, LLC - CA". Their OCN is "981E" The wire center name is "PLDL PLDL" which I believe is Palmdale, in California.

Aside from the fact that we should probably avoid calls from 661 area code, what do all those initials and labels mean, for us, the uninitiated?  Do appreciate your reporting but plain English might be more helpful.

Got a call with a blank voicemail today from this number. I think it needs to stay reported as spam.
