None!   If your being called by a scammer.......which you are the DNC has no means of dealing with them other than passing your complaints on to the proper authority.  The FTC provides a list of those on the DNC list to Legitimate American businesses who are Registered with the FTC,  as Telemarketing companies,  to limit the number of calls that they receive,  and are required by the FTC to purchase the list monthly and up date their list every 31 days.    That is the sole purpose of the DNC and scammers,  being criminals,  come under the FCC,   FTC Proper,   FBI,   or which ever the govn't entity is that handles their offense.

Bill,  you are delusional.    You didn't find anything.   That number and identity  is being spoofed and it is no where near the Great State of Texas.  All you're doing is posting the name and address of what is probably a victim like you and the rest of us are.   Scammers don't have identity.  That's why they use others who are legit.    You couldn't find an bucket of [***]  in an outhouse,  and who the heck isn't on the DNC.

I'm still getting robocalls with the greeting "Hi, this is Diane................"   The caller I.D. says "Bakersfield."
There is no one named Diane, but if there was I'm sure several thousand people would be trying to find and kill this wh*ore.

Fourth call from this same number. I pressed one to gain understanding on the business. When I asked the name of the business, they hung up on me. I attempted a call back to the same number and received a "this phone number is no longer in service" message. This is a carpet cleaning company.

Got another call myself from lovely "Diane" pressed 1 to be removed for like the tenth time and again was hung up on. Called back and of course usually busy (From all the people trying to get their numbers off this damn list) but I finally got a recording that asked me to press 1 to be removed. I have no hope that this will actually work as I have seen many posts from people saying they also have done this. I called a company that told me the numbers are registered to this company: http://www.33wireless.com/ if you click the link there is a number you are supposed to call to have your number removed from the list. They admit that they are a carrier and do not run these companies but will forward your request to the right people to be removed and it takes about 72 hours. The number is a Las Vegas number 702-705-5200. Of course I have been calling this number and it is constantly busy. Surprise!!!!

Same as all the above, Diane calls offers a great carpet cleaning deal, when you try to tell them to quit calling by using the "1" option, they hang up on you.

The caller, MKTNG ( displayed on our phone as ID ), 661-318-8320 called us @ 10:17, 10/13/14. It was a roboxall message about carpet cleaning. When I returned the call few times without showing my number they line always busy few seconds , then cut me off, the very last time it told me to press 1 to remove my number, but I  didn't showed my number. When I returned the call with my number, a message told me " the number is no in service".. People started reported this unwanted number to www.800notes.com since 05/24/20124. Even it said they will remove our number from its calling list within 72 hours. It 'll use other  numbers to  call about " Carpet cleaning"

Surprise!  It's Diane, the carpet cleaning queen, calling again to clean your wallet -- er, carpet -- at two rooms for $49 plus the hallway for free!  Who could resist this clever appeal?

(661) 318-8320 is just one of many apparently spoofed phone numbers "Diane" has called me from.  I've also heard her voice originating from (626) 583-1370. Who knows how many other fake numbers "Diane" can conjure, like pulling rabbits out of a hat?  If you don't want your wallet professionally cleaned, DON'T ANSWER THESE CALLS.

Someone needs to stop these parasites asking to clean my carpets

This lame prerecorded message calls me from SEVERAL numbers, always the same thing... Diane would like to offer carpet cleaning. NEWS FLASH I DON'T HAVE CARPET!!!! And I'm on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY, a whole lot of good that does, this telemarketer calls once sometimes twice a day from different numbers. Today's call was listed as "Cellular Call" on 11/3 it was "Name Not Found" other times it has been MKTNG. I'm so sick of it, I've reported it to the FCC multiple times, I see they've got their best of the best on this...pfft.

Got a call from this number today.  No message.  Why do we even have the "Do Not Call" system?  Not worth a darn.

It's not the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY that is failing you it is the fact that only legitimate companies use it.  Shady ripoff companies ignore it.
