    (661) 380-4291 Bakersfield, CA is what appears in caller ID. They called today 8:50 AM, yesterday 2:52 PM, for 13 secs, and 9:07 am.  WEB says the # is a NonFixedVOIP number in Buffalo, NY. They call on my dam cell phone. I'll  just block it.
