Called and didn't leave a message. BLOCKED.

Answered and got a boiler room with a small-sounding man and asked him "What's the scam du joir?"  He hung up.  DIALING this number gets you a very interesting outgoing message.  It must have been written by lawyers, because I can make very little sense of it.  It starts off "The number you have reached is associated with a call that originated from a VOIP service provider and is not associated with any specific users.  Therefore the subscriber that originated the call cannot be reached at this number."  It goes on, very interesting, says more info can be given only to law enforcement, and if we think there is suspicious or threatening content that we should contact our local law enforcement . . .

received call with no message, called back, no person there, got a message to report the caller I.D

Received a call from 661-380-4404, Caller-I.D. showing only "BAKERSFIELD CA". Any caller not on my whitelist of known contacts is automatically blocked and logged.
