This number keeper calling my phone back to back. Then when I go to call it back a voice recording saying some crazy stuff comes on.

Keeps calling. I'm not answering

This was my doctor's office calling but it's not their direct number. It's like a proxy number that's not assigned to any 1 person.

This is a Skype number. May just be your friends calling.

I get calls from this number from a person whom I blocked otherwise. I'm being harrassed. I don't know what to do to stop it. Seems Skype has made it easy for someone to keep getting a new calling number to  be able to keep harassing someone as much as they want. I'm thinking of changing my own number that  I have had forever as a result. Seems unfair.
