Heavy [***] accent and the guy's name is Brad Nelson?  I don't think so.  Left a message and told me to call or my retained attorney.  Glad I used Google to find this.  Sound like a bunch o [***] to me.

Calling me at work, stating that I have a case against me with my social security number, Claims to be Daniel Brown with IC3. Heavy foreign accents.  Always different voice yet reading the same script.  Says I need or my attorney needs to contact them immediately or "bad situation will happen."  Number is 661-675-3875.  Harrassment and scam!!!

Bad situation?  If you do reply you'll get scammed - that's the bad situation

They have called my phone non stop leaving messages saying I need to return their calls or they will report me. I think they are even calling my job now. I just ignore the calls and delete the messages.

Yeah this is about the 6th number these a holes have called from!!!! Every number they call from is listed as a scam! They are fishers, looking to get your private info, SS# and CC#'s. It must work sometimes because they are thriving! Poor people that believe them and hand out their info. Their story is so incredible I don't understand how anyone would take them serious. They have called my employer also and they and myself have filed complaints with the local police. I have them listed in my contacts as [***] and [***], so I know to save every message! The last person that called was a female with thick accent!

You are joke and I laugh hysterically every time you call and then I save the message and have all my friends laugh hysterically, too!!!! Oh what a coincidence, just got a call from someone called [***]!!!!! HAHAHAHAHA!

I have documented approximately 6 calls to my job and my home phone.  This man, has been harassing me to no avail.  He is now, stating that his name is now officer Derik Cooper from California.  Can anyone help me in this matter?  I live in Florida.

Yes, they called me wanting my full SSN on 9/28, and 9/29/2011 at my work and home. Also told me I owed a debt of $511.89 to be paid immediately or my ssn number will be blocked in the next 10 minutes. He stated he was Attorney David Cooper from the Internet Crime Center. He could not give out my case no. They harresed me at work later in the day with names Officer Derk Cooper, and Ryan Taylor. I wrote a lengthy complaint to the Federal Trade Commission. Maybe you should do the same

I have received several calls from this number and they somehow are able to show up on my phone as if they are calling from my work number.........These people need to be STOPPED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, this is a scam.  They didn't have my correct name or social security number.  I let them know I have reported their number and forwarded the message they left to the Federal Bureau of Investigations.  Hopefully that will be the last of it, but if not I look at it as a free opportunity to check out on some idiot instead of being polite and professional. :)

They even had my IP number.  Really bad people.

They had all banks and account info and details they should never have.  Really scary that they know so much about you..

Yeah this number keeps calling. And somehow also got my cell and work number.
They have called 11 times in 4 hours. Stephanie Wililams keeps telling me ill be arrested and taken to jail if I dont pay this debt by 5 oclock today. WHATEVER !!!!

received numerous calls from this number.  A female will leave the message and if you call back a man will answer. You are then transferred to Brad Nelson, attorney". He gave me his speel about 3 warrants out for my arrest, etc. I asked him for the case numbers and I was put on hold several times. When he returned to the phone, he gave me me bogus case numbers.( I work in the judicial system and lnow for a fact that I do not have warrants). When I confronted him with the bogus case numbers, he said "so you are smarter than me and you doubt me? You will be arrested at your job." I told him that I had access to the system and again there were no such case numbers. He said "[***] YOU [***]" and hung up. I called the number again and guess what...I got a recording...the magic jack customer you are trying to reach is not available". I have already filed a complaint with the AG's office, but I am not sure what can be done at this point.

where is the gov't in all this crap.. seems like they would of had it stopped by now... same guy witha different number called two months ago and said he was with social security.. if representing a government employee isn't enough to go after these [***] i don't know what is... i left a message on f.b.i's scam page and heard nothing back. they also filed a tax return in my name and i was able to stop that..if i ever catch them they are dead..
