This number just called me. I picked up, which I know regret, and the man on the other line was hesitant to answer and seemed to have some sort of indian accent. I hung up quickly but received two more calls quickly afterwards. They left a message once but didn't say anything...just a bunch of mumbling and groaning. Very strange. Going to report this number if they call again

I just received a call from this number from a boy claiming   his name is Shawn Thomas and he work for government grant office. He said that i had been chosen to receive a government grant for 8200.00 and i never had to pay it back all i have to do is send 212.00 as a security deposit and i then will receive the money he supplied me with a number to call him back at 7732192768 if i have an questions. I CALLED BACK HE DID ANSWER BUT HIS VOICE AS DIDN'T. HE TOLD ME TO WAIT BY THE PHONE I WILL RECEIVE ANOTHER CALL IN 15 -20 minutes so he can tell me where to go and send t he cash. I CALLED the number he call me from and it's a skpy caller i cant call him back.

this number called me and i missed the call when i called the number back its says this number can not be connected .

The caller asked for me and asked if I remembered him.  Has a foreign accent.  I told him no and he hung up.

This guy has been calling my elderly parents the past month and a half. The first call he pretended to be their grandson saying he was in a car wreck on his way to his friends funeral and had two glasses of wine prior to going, and he had broken his nose in the accident.  The police took him to jail. What was so weird is that he knew my sons name and that he lived in Houston and knew my parents lived in Dallas.  He also knew my mom goes by "granny".  The second time he called his story was the same. The third time he called I was at their house and listened in on the other line to see if I recognized the voice which I didn't. Anyway, his story was very similar to the first and second one but this time he gave my mom his supposedly defender number and said someone would be calling her and she would need to give them this number. He stated he needed out of jail by that evening or not he would be in there for months. However; when this other person called my mom said what are you talking about and he hung up. At this time is when the phone number came across the caller id (skype), the past calls were blocked. I called the police to report the harassment and they came out to take a report and is turning it over to a detective. As they were leaving he called again but this time I answered and told him we were on to him and we had filed a police report and he hung up!

some one called and was breathing hard and then they hung up. the number that they called from was skype 661-748-0241 this number is being reported to our local law enforcement.

yeah i got a call from that number as well all i got wsas like heavy breathing and then i hung up....they called me and woke my 6month old son up at 5:15am i was sooo pissed

i reported them to t he authorties because they kept calling and said they where gunna rape and murder me and my child so that was the last straw....ANY ONE WHO GETS A CALL FROM THEM REPORT TO THE POLICE PLEASE and ty

Caller wanted confirmation of my address and noted my age as eligible for Social Security.

Got a call from this number; replied "I am in a movie" because I was in a movie.

Suspicious call received from Josh Caller-2 from 1-661-748-0241.  Caller claimed to be from some organization confirming my social security update form.  Caller knew my name, address, and age and wanted confirmation.  I hope this unwanted call report will help to track down the originator and put them out of business.  A google of this number showed many reports.  Is there anything else I can do to help track this down ?

Why do I keep getting these calls when I'm on the no call list?  They don't say anything

Scamer using it to say he is from tech support for windows. My wife did what they said and now her computer is locked out and they gor $99.99 of my money thru PayPal.,These rip offs are from India and use Skype for calling then use team viewer to get into your computer.

661-748-0241 left 10 message on my phone. said I signed up for coin sales, when I asked them how they got my number they hung up. They couldn't speak English very well

This number started calling about here days ago and calls 10-13 times a day - like 3/4 times in a row 4 times a day! I haven't answered, you would think they get the clue and I don't have my voicemail box set up so there's no way to leve a message...not that it seems they would anyhow. How annoying! I guess if they continue I will threat with harassment charges.

661-748-0241 ID said Skype User. Very broken english.  Said he is Chris Griffen and our company was attending a coin vendor show in Tampa and its very important to call him back at 800-2174402 ext 103.  Yeah, I don't think so Chris.  We are not in the Coin business.

Claimed to be a hospital that had a PT there claiming me to be the beneficiary yesterday. Today they were from FedEx, that they had a package for a person that I had no idea who they were at this address. Told him to *uck off, and hung up - caller id says - hcctd292 - #  661-748-0241

This person has called me several times as well. Called me from 661-478-0240 as well. He says 'Lexy, you need to pick up the phone' and hangs up. I bet one thing that we ALL  have in common is that we responded to or posted something on Craigslist or a related site. This person is obviously a scammer. The only reason he knew my name and number was from my CL ad. I did not answer the phone because I was not here to do so. Just do not give him/them/whoever the f*** it is any information. I got a call a few weeks back from this number as well at 2-4am. First they asked me 'Is your fridge running, you better go get it' then they hung up. They called back when I answered they hung up. They called back and said some nonsense. They finally called back I intrupted stating I had a baby and that he was going to wake him up and I would be contacting the police and reporting him. The calls stopped and I hadn't heard from him since, until today when I posted a different number in one of my CL ads shortly afterwards I get the calls I previously talked about. So far it's been two different people. A young boy maybe 11-13 and then the guy today which sounded like a man from the middle east. What can we do to stop this? Obviously there are multiple number 2 of which have contacted me SEVERAL times now. My caller ID says the person is from Bakersfield, CA

Just got off the phone with this caller.  He said he was from microsoft and I had issues with my software.  After  some basic questions he directed me to www.mmyy.com and wanted to access my home computer remotely.  At this point a called him a fraud and a criminal.  He told me my computer was worthless without his assistance.  I called him a criminal again and stated I wouldn't give him remote access to my computer so he hung up.
