I received a call from this number (664) 133-4000 Montserrat at 7:44am. No message left. Since I didn't think it was collections calling me this early I decided it wouldn't be a good idea to call the number back.

Got a call from my bank this morning about a fraudulent change in Mexico. Had the card cancelled. An hour latter at the bank I picked-up my new card.

While in the bank I get a call from 664-133-4000. Caller said wrong number then hung up.

I do not believe this was a coincidence.

During a recent weekend stay in San Diego my wife and some family members went shopping at the Las Americas Premium Outlet Mall in Chula Vista, CA. The outlet mall is located so close to the border you can see into Tijuana, Mexico. While shopping I called my wife's cell phone from my cell phone and the incoming phone number displayed as 664-133-4000. After I met up with her a few minutes later, I called her again and this time my number displayed correctly. Weird. I figure being so close to border caused my cell signal to bleed over into Mexico and get re-routed back. Also, while we were there our cell phones kept receiving text message advertisements for international cell, text, and data rates - we just deleted them without opening the messages. By the way, this was one of the best outlet malls we've shopped at. Extremely nice, clean, friendly, and SAFE.

I just received a call 664 412 0061 at 11:52 AM Jan. 10, '14. I did not answer, but this must be a scam.So many lawyers, so little justice with no protection for the honest  and hard working at all.

I received a call from this number yesterday and did not leave a message.  

Good grief.  It is 2014 and I just got this call?  I did not answer.  Captured on my phone ID calls.  

Hmmm.  Sorry.  The first messages I saw were all in '08 and '07.  Now I am seeing '13 and '14.

I think this is an international rerouting phone service.  I just received a phone call from a friend who is in Baja and she was using this number, as her US cell doesn't work down there.

this number calls, yells maria, then continues to rant in spanish. After googling the number I have found multiple people complaining of the same thing. It seems to be mexicans using a fake number to call and say that they have someone in your family and you must pay to get them back. ABSOLUTE SCAM. But i don't speak spanish so I can't be sure. I also saw a few police warnings that they are investigating the number. SO DONT PICK UP IT"S A SCAM. Hope this helps.

I received a call at 5:30 pm and when i called back it was disconnected, i hate these spamming calls the Fri should get more involved and arrest these people.

Received two calls from this # tonight.  Did not answer.  Area code 664 133 4000.

Have been receiving incoming calls for several days from AC 664, have not/will not answer as I'm fully aware that it is some sort of scam.  Question is, how do I stop them from calling.

I got 4 calls too, but I kept declining the call or let it ring, as I don't answer calls from people I don't know.

Just got a call at 4:15 pm (PST) from 664 133-4000 on my cell but left no message.  I do not answer calls that I do not recognize.

CALL MADE WITHIN MEXICO-My mom called me from Ensenada, B.C. She has a Verizon phone & this number came up on my caller I.D. I didn't answer it. I listened to the voice mail she had left & I called her back.

Si a me han llamado varias veces y nunca les habia contestado y cuando la vez que les conteste se oia bullisio de personas......estoy pensando que lo hacen asi para que digamos un nombre de  algun nombre de algun familiar de Tijuana y ellos regresar la llamada fingiendo que el nombre del familiar para pedir dinero.
