These [***] called from the below listed numbers, this time, and left the same exact message that alleged callers from another spoofed number did, claiming in a computerized voice that used improper grammar, that 'due to suspicious activities,  my SSN was going to be deactivated. ' I'd like to 'deactivate' these numbnuts:

(719) 793-0051, an alleged Colorado number,
or... +66 54 525 714 coming from Lampang/Nan/Phayao/Phrase.

The second number you post is more likely the spoofed North American number 665-452-5714.
The 665 area code has not been assigned yet, and the database this site uses has an annoying habit of trying to resolve numbers in unassigned area codes as international numbers (thus this number being listed as "Thailand").  If you do a little research you will find that if you treat the leading 66 as a country calling code, the remaining digits come up one digit short of being a valid phone number for Thailand.
