Unsolicited call from a number not in my contacts, while a message was left, it was just less than a second long with no one there.
My presumption is that it was a robo call, and when it went to voice mail with no one really answering, there was no message was no message.
Since I presume it was call hoping to get someone on the line in order to perpetrate a scam of some kind, I am blocking this call. I routinely block all calls from numbers not in my contacts. Stop robo calls, block all calls from numbers not in your contacts list that will not or do not leave a message that identifies the caller and the reason they are calling.

3rd call in as many days from the same company, using only slight variations in the last 4 digits of their phone number. All have stated that they're offering medical insurance....

Robotic spam call with a harassing undertone.

Received call on my cell. No message. Seeing others reporting it as a scam it's now blocked.

Spydialer says this number belongs to Kofi Ford.

Called my cellphone on 2/7/2019 and CID displayed SCAM LIKELY 678-261-2997 and no VM was left. Since no message was left, the call wasn't important. Other websites reported this as a health insurance benefits scam. This of course, is the second call from this scammer using a different number. Another number added to my block list.
