This number called me, no msg, and hung up. I'm now blocking them.

I received 3 calls from this number in less than 8 hours. When I answered the second call I ask who I was speaking to and the male said his name was Clay. When I ask what the call was about Clay refused to say unless I verified I was who he was asking for, I said if he didn't tell me what the call was regarding I would hang up. When he refused to state his business I hung up. 3rd call was almost the same except it was a female, she also refused o state what the call was about. I then told them NOT to call back.

Plz people know your rights under the FDCPA and report these calls to the FTC...even if you only know the phone number, file a report...I do and I also give my info to the FTC and keep a confirmation in my email in a folder just for the FTC complaints...these companies never believe you when you say you're not who they are looking for...I have had several people get my phone numbers off of an ad or Craigslist and give them to various entities and I get these stupid calls all the time. I also file complaints with the Attorney General's offices of the states these area codes are in, it's called harassment and as consumers we have rights and it's up to us to protect ourselves with information...don't be blind to the laws that affect your life!!!

In many states, you may record WITHOUT notifying the other party. Check your state's laws.

I receive this message and am asked to hold.  the number comes in at 678-331-7272 and I know I dont owe anyone anything.  they might be calling for another terry moore in our neighborhood or for tammy moore that used to live here.

received another call from 678-331-7272...did not answer....called the number and talked to someone told them i do not know why they are calling and that i wanted them to stop....they said they would remove my number from their calling list.....well see

i have filed a complaint with the FTC today.....

This number called me today and did not leave a message. I tried to call the number back and it just rang off the hook. I have added it to my reject list.

This number keeps calling and will not leave messages, when I called back they automated machine was asking for me and had my information on file. I did not want to keep confirming anything to the machine and hung up. They call me every morning.

Repeated call at all times for several weeks. Have new private number. How do they get access to private number?

I started receiving phone calls on my cell phone from 678-331-7272 and 319-242-7350 starting on May 12th. They call every day but never leave a message and when I answer, they hang up. I am not sure why they do this other than to be harrassing. I Googled the phone number and their company CBE Group came up as being attached to these numbers. I want them to stop calling me.

same thing happening with me - except not only are they calling my cell phone - they are also calling my home phone - numerous times throughout the day.  Never leaving a message.

Get phone calls all times of day & night - never any message.

In many places, only ONE of the recorded parties needs to be aware of the recording, and that party can be just the one doing the recording.  In other words, it would be illegal for someone else to record me having a conversation with someone if neither of us knew about it, but not illegal for one of the parties being recorded to do the recording.

I'm getting calls from this number every day, day and night!  I know it's not legit, if it's a bill collector, because I don't owe anyone any money!  It's just another phone scam and I know if I block the number, they'll just start calling from another number - I can't afford to pay to block every one of these numbers that harasses me on a weekly basis.  I've tried the "no call list" route, and that doesn't work either.  Nothing stops these MF'ers!!!!!  I'm not a violent person, but If I could drive to where they are sitting, I'd bash their heads in without blinking an eye - they are driving me nuts!!!

Repeated calls from this number daily for about 2 weeks.  Never leaves a vmail.  I tried calling back 1 time and hit an automated system that wanted my account #--so I hung up.  I have no idea who these people are but I have their number blocked even though their calls continue.  My phone won't ring, but it will show they tried to call again.  

VERY ANNOYING!!!

This is CBE Group, scumbag debt collectors working with people who were at Mann Bracken.

The only way to get off their phone list is to scream a lot.

Call 1 800 925 6686. Hit "0" and DEMAND to speak to Tom Lockard. He'll take you off the list after asking a lot of pointless questions.
