I received a call from this number earlier today, but no one answered when I picked up. When I called back it was 'Comcast' and the voice mailbox was full....I am a Comcast customer, but when it really is Comcast calling me I see 'Comcast' on my caller ID not this ADP-NHC. It's got to be a scam

called me and when i answered there was no one there. i called it back and it said tom kast with teleservices .... but mail box was full 07/10/09

Every since I switch my services from AT&T I have been getting some weird calls from all these different numbers.  I'am going to see what Comcast can do about these calls.  I will take me business else where!!!!! Samone from Charleston, SC

If you have Comcast phone service you can press *60 and listen to the instructions and have the number blocked for free (it's part of the service). I think you can block a total of 10 numbers. They can still call, but the call won't be able to come through. That's what I did. I've looked online and have seen that they've called about 10 or so times since I blocked them, but I never actually got the call- phone doesn't ring, nothing....

Call from 678-393-7960 at 11:58am.  Caller ID displayed "Comcast Cable". Since I have comcast I answered the phone and got silence then they hung up after about 30 secs. So I called this number and got Comcast Teleservices where the message said "Mailbox Full".

Next time I see this call come in, I will pick up the phone and push the * (star) key 6 or 7 times quickly (do not say anything, just keep pushing the * key). This screws up the dialing computer and makes it think my number is bad or faulty and the calling computer will remove my number from their list.

Called and left no message

Got one today.  I screened it and didn't pick up.  I searched Google for "ADP-NHC" and found two: one in Maryland and one in Georgia.

This is from Comcast telemarketing. I have received calls from them several times (same number every time) First time I got a person that introduced as a Comcast rep. As I had been making numerous calls to get my service repaired for 2 weeks. I took the call, they were trying to upgrade my services to add phone to my Comcast services. Took another call and once again "You are eligable for upgrade service at a deep discount" I have told them twice I am not interested. I just ignore the calls now. Please, all of you do the same.

I am on the State and Federal Do Not Call Lists. Unfortunately, since I do business with them they are allowed to call and even solicit me. Stupid loophole.

caller ID says COMCASTCABLE. 678 definitely not my area code. Have never answered their call, but they are persistent, call about every other day.

This call came at 6:19 pm during my evening meal.  Very annoying and I do not know how to block it.

UNWANTED CALL.  I have tried to block this caller before but have not been successful.

Thank you for all your posts about this number from ADP-NHC (678-393-7960)!  I started receiving calls from this number last month (July 2009). When I call them back, it's telling me that they're Comcast Services and that their "mailbox is full!"  It is very annoying!

Caller asked for me or my husband. I asked who was calling. Identified herself as calling from Comcast, said since I was a customer, wanted to offer me other products, said a supervisor might be listening in...then the phone went dead ! As much as this has happened to others, makes one wonder if some sort of scam is going on.

I've received at least one phone call from this number every weekday for over a month. I answered once, upon which an alleged Comcast representative notified me that my introductory offer was about to expire. I didn't have time to talk with her at that point, but was suspicious of the caller ID: ADP-NHC. Later, I spoke with an actual Comcast representative who said that it's routine for them to call about a month before an offer is about to expire. Fine, but I asked her who was ADP-NHC and why were they calling me every day, three months before the expiration? She had no clue. If Comcast outsourced this marketing, then technically it's the other company calling me, not Comcast. This, to me, is a clear violation of the "Do Not Call" registry.

This number has been calling us almost everyday. BUt they do not leave any message anyway. We are registered with the DO NOT CALL registry. I am not sure what they want. How could we stop them from calling?

Rec'd a call from Comcast saying they had a deal on my cable service and the next question I am asked is about my phone bill.  I said I wasn't interested and hung up.  The phone rang again, I picked up and was hung up on, so I *69 and found out it is Comcast Teleservice.  The first call came up as Out of State and the 2nd time it came up Georgia.

This is Comcast Cable wanting to sell ther phone service. They would love to bundle their cable, internet, & phone services into one. They are wanting to sell their phone service at $19.99 and then go up to $39.99 in a six months. After adding state & federal taxes and other fees, the phone service will cost more than what I'm paying now on my landline. I finally switched from cable to satellite after Comcast kept raising their rates on my cable service. No thanks, Comcast! You're too greedy for my taste. Put a cap on it for a change!
