    Have gotten calls every day from 678 area code with hangups. Called this one back and it didn't even ring, just went directly to a message that said "Hi, this is Joe on a pre-recorded line, can you hear me ok?" I responded with "No" and waited. There was a click and then "This is Joe, can you hear me?" I again said "No" and he hung up on me. Not cool, Joe. You can't scam people if you hang up on them before you even try. SMH.
