Just received a call. No message

I got three calls from these people today.  They get your number and other information by acting as an employer looking for aplicants, so if you have applied to jobs on Careerbuilder, they have your number.  Any number that shows up on your CID will be a "Spoofed number."  Another number they use is 678-807-7601, this number can be traced to a residential home.   So, unless they are working out of a house in Georgia, they are not a real business.
With a heavy Indian accent they will ask if you are interested in a job [that has been listed on Careerbuilder].

this number was using the IRS scam on Aug 1, 2016. they called 3 times in 3 hours. after 2nd call, the heavily accented Indian woman was able to decipher the name on the outgoing voicemail. the alternate 678.807.6201 number pop up on the subsequent hangup call an hour later. this is the 3rd round of IRS scammers I've gotten in about 9 months.347.298.1171 & 202.241.8554 were pulling the same scam in the past year.

Aug 1, 2016 at 4:54 pm EST the 678.807.6201 number called back roughly an hour after the last hang up. just let it go to voicemail box is full message. hopefully, that will be that for today. I hate wasting my phone minutes on these scammers.
