Mel Clarke called about my husband today to bad for the dumb a** that he got me instead I am studing to be a paralegal and know the county DA's in my area i called the one locally at home and talked to him about this little punk who stated he is an FBI agent in the Interent check fraud unit (HES SO FULL OF HIMSELF HE WOULDNT EVEN PASS THE BACKGROUND CHECK NEEDED TO USE THERE RESTROOMS) well anyways they told me to contact the AG in MI and Georgia where this BIOTch lives then I contacted the FTC and the secret services cause my husband is Retired navy well then i called this b***h back with a recorder going and got the whole convestation of his lies and threats and now i will be filing a lawsuit against him for his lies and harrasment have fun in jail numb nuts and BTW hes a fake call your local Secret service and they will tell you the same thing

Today I was asked to go to the office at my work, human resources gave me a message to call Tate Kemper. They dialed the number for me and a lady answered never repeated her name but said there was an investigation with internet fraud on me from 3 years ago I had taken out a loan on the internet and it was for 465.00. She preceded to say the amount now was 930.00 and Quickest Cash wanted there money now. She said if I did not pay 465.00 today she would walk my paperwork over to the Court house process it and there would be a warrant out for my arrest. Then proceeded to say if you want I can have them come to your work and how that would be an embarressment for me. I was getting scared. When I got home I was telling my husband and he said right off the bat. Investigators do not collect money, and how would she walk the paperwork across the street from Georgia when I live in Ohio. She also put her boss on the phone and get this his name is none other than Mel Clark

"Investigator" Mel Clark has called my phone number twice already today in regard to my sister. He asked if I could get this message to her soon re: "a business deal" of hers.  I said I'd think about it. Later, my sister called and said he asked for her credit card number to pay a debt, and when she refulsed, he threateded her at work and at home to pay up or else!

He told her he planned to call her sister (me) every day at 8:00 am until either she came up with the money/credit card number, or I gave him my credit card number.

This man is scary and dangerous!!!

Received a call from Mel Clark saying that I owe $895 for a worthless check from 3 years ago. Told him I was willing to pay my debt, but I would have to get a pre-paid card and put the money on it. After talking to him I decided to google his number because he never said whom he was woking for. Low and behold I get all this information here about him. I called him back and told him that I had spoken with my lawyer and was advised not to pay unless I can get in writing how much and to whom I owe the money. He immediately got pissed off and told me I would be arrested and I need to keep my lawyer available. I told him that I will go turn myself in if he told me where to go. He told don't worry about it because they will pick me up. I laughed and told him just to give me the information on the company and this dumba-- hung up.

I too have been called and threatened by a Harvey Sloan who said I owed money from a past payday loan. And if I did not pay I would be arrested or have some kind of action against me. After researching and reading others with the same issue, I do feel much better.
