It was Manpower calling to find out if I wanted a job.  The guys who call from this number seem to be in India, and it's just first-level confirmation.  My particular guy's name was Asif Alamgir.

Caller said he was from Man Power and had a job for me in Tampa. He then wanted the zip code that I was not living in. I think it was a bill collector trying to do a location. He did say the job was for 3 months and wanted to know how much I wanted an hour

manpower recruiter that can't speak english... called me about an Application Developer position.

Called me at 7:53PM CDT about my job status. Did not speak very good English and worked for a consulting company called ManPower. Said he got my telephone number off of Monster.com for a job I have no qualifications for. I did not waste my time talking and got off the telephone within a minute.
