I receive calls from this number daily, so I finally picked up. The operator had a heavy foreign accent and introduced himself as Daniel w/ Lifeline, offering free cell phone and internet as part of a government program. When I asked which government program, he avoided my question. He was persistent about trying to get me to sign up, even though I told him several times I was not interested, then finally he hung up.
