A robocall from the "United State Treasury" telling me I need to call a number right away because there is an "action" of some kind against me and mentioning something about "federal court." These are the people who deserve a special place in hell because they will scare some poor person into wiring money to them.

Caller ID registered:  V824122235000153  The number left on the robocall msg to contact "Immediately" was the 678 631 3566 number.  The msg was identical to the one Susan mentions above.  Wish there were some way to immediately shut thieves like this down fast before they con people out of God knows how much money.

Called back and asked them who they were looking for. I just got  my new land line and it an unpublished number. The caller asked my name and I replied whom are you looking for..
They couldn't answer me.
I gave a few choice words and hung up.

Received message from this number.  They stated they had a judgment against me and would arrest me if I didn't call them back.  Terrible people.

they informed me that they had received a tax fraud against me, before it goes to the federal court. I will just wait for the letter from the IRS or invitation to the federal court :-}

Same call... Guess I'll just wait for the cops to show up at my door.

I received a voice message, called the number back, they knew my whole name. I told them to send me some documents via mail and they said that they had already sent two letters. They were trying to make a statement about fraud against me, so I just hung the telephone up.

Returned call on my cell. A male with a strong Indian accent answers. Claims to be Officer Connor with the U.S. Treasury Dept. Says that I owe $5320.00 in back taxes to the IRS. That amount includes late fees and penalties. Wanted me to give him my name and address to confirm it was me whom he was talking to. Gave the caller a false name and address. In order for him to get my payment he wanted me to take a check in the amount he said I owed to my local courthouse. That way I could make sure the address he gave me was correct. Told me if I talk to any authorities about this at the courthouse that all my financial accounts would be frozen. When I told "Officer Connor" that all of this conversation had been recorded and that he was going to be reported he hung up. Looks like Hubib will have to go back to the Slurpy  machine.

Hilarious...   woman called saying she was Officer Brianna Scott from the IRS. Told me I owed taxes to the IRS and I would be jailed if I did not pay up immediately. After telling her what I thought of her scam, she hung up on me!! LOL

Woman called saying she was Officer Brianna Scott from the US Treasury Department.  The Department received a Legal Petition Notice against me.  Threatened with court if I didn't call.  I get this one and others every day.

Today got a message on answering machine. US treasury, federal court, should immediatelly call on 6786313566. Ignored.

This is harassment! Can you help, please?
