Always get two "missed messages" without the phone ringing then a message shows up.  Seems as though their system calls and while the first call is ringing, the second call goes into voicemail.  That way when you call back, you talk to someone.

Blocked his number as well as signed him up for many other services he may be interested in getting calls about.

Same as everyone else, just got a call from "Peter" for the third time in three months. Does anyone know how he is getting our numbers? I need to figure out how to block his number like others have suggested!

Your totally full of crap!! This person doesn't deal in anything legitimate. Calls people repeatedly that own nothing. Total idiot waiting for a sucker or ealderly person to answer so they can be taken for any dime this jerk can get his hands on. You are a complete lier for posting you sold a home and were happy with this deal.

Just like everyone else, I've received several long winded messages from Peter saying he found my number in the tax records and offers quick cash for my property. As I've never owned any property, I'm thinking this guy is just a scammer. He calls about every two weeks and leaves the same 2 minute message.

I have received the same calls, same guy, same message, also on the DNC list.

File a complaint with the FCC.  If they get enough complaints, they will take action against this guy.

phone didn't ring, but all of a sudden a message popped up on my phone from this number and this guy.  Stating he got my name from tax records and wanted to make an offer on my property.  I don't own any property....

Same as all the other post . . . Peter may be a legitimate investor (or not) however he is in violation of the DO NOT Call rules.  Would like to know how he is getting cell phone number.  definitely fishing for business.

I also got the same call twice from Peter.  I had the last one saved about 10 days previously so I listed again.  Exact same call as if it were recorded.  It doesn't show up as a missed call on my call log...so I can't block...hmmm.

He has called and left same scripted vm on by home line every month for since Jan 2015, most recently last week :-( stop the insanity!

I have the exact same situation here. New owner didn't pay taxes, county sends me a bill. Then Peter calls me. He's working off a FiFa list.

Well, others say he got the number from county tax records. We have been in Georgia less than two years and my  number is a reassigned number from Atlanta. Property investors never cold call from a list. They typically work with banks that have distressed properties. If any of you have your phone number on the government's Do Not Call list Mr Peter owes you some money so file the Form and go after him

678-671-2124: Peter called this number saying he got the info from tax records. This number was never given to tax records. Any way, why the hell does he have access to my records? Wants to give me a cash offer for my property. What damn nerve! He had better not call again no matter what number he calls. I don't deal with sellers or buyers of anything who contact me over the phone or in the mail. I only deal with those I search for and then research before I make contact with any of them. At any rate, his call has confirmed one item I was wondering about -- my property is probably currently worth at least $100,000 more than offers on Zillow, etc. Don't let anyone buy your property for an undervalued  price!!
