These scammers, with many different names and many different phone numbers, have been calling me for the last seven months. They call almost everyda and sometmes they call two or three times a day. I have a call blocker on my phone and this helps me keep the interuptions from them to a minimum. If I have been guilty of everything they clim and if there has been as many court cases filed against me, I will be in jail for a very long time! Just ignore these scum of the earth idiots. They are trying to scare people into paying them money that is not owed. They should rot in hell for their evil methods of trying to take money from hard working people. They are scammers. Ignore them. Toda, a new guy, Alvin Abernathy, is now calling me. Get in line Alvin, you will never receive any money from me.

I am on the Do Not Call List, also. It does not matter. These people are not calling from this country. They are not under the juridiction of the United Staes. That is why they have not been stopped. Just ignore them. Do not give them any money. Get a Call Blocker for your phone. If you want to have some fun, answer and blow a very loud whistle into the phone when they answer.  Sometimes, I just start screaming. Sometimes I get so tickled about screaming that I have to hang up because I start to giggle! These people are rotten, scum of the earth and the are trying to scam you out of your hard earned money. Do not pay them anything!

next time they call i am answering...i will love to let them have it.

I rec'd 3 calls yesterday snd 2 today. Same claims as every body else. I'm getting an aurhirn and letting it rip next time they call !!

I received the exact type of call today! They were very rude and belittling!

Just got off the phone with these people.  They said I was going to jail for a payday loan, would not give me the name of the company just the name Everest who owns 300 payday loan companies.  How can we stop the people.  I am still shaking.  They call at least 4 times a day leaving threats of prosecution.  I'm sick of this.

they called. "alvin abernap". said that my ss number is under investigation. called back and asked for alvin. was given someone else who when asking their name gave "miss lee". i asked who they were calling for and what firm "miss lee" said it was "penarino and associates" for "funding corporation". she wouldn't say who the supposed creditor was. word to the wise, if someone is actually calling for you and saying that your ss# is under investigation, gives you a name like "miss lee" and says they don't know what "original" creditor they are really calling for, ITS A SCAM!!! don't give them anymore information. i don't care if they ask for your info, bank info, lawyer info, answer with, "i don't give my info or my lawyer info out to just anyone. if you don't know who the original creditor was then i suggest you call back with that information. until then have a nice day."

this people want money.. so when i answer i tell them i suck D ick you Suck di ck .. after few time they stop calling me try it its works...    ;p)

Try this..   when they call just say i suck Di ck you suck di ck  nothing else keep reapting even call them back say same things  in few days they will remove your name from list  it works

They are also calling from 770 400 9248 as well as 678 792 4331. The rudest bunch of people I have ever dealt with

i received a call from a steven james and ms pickett and they told me that i owe a pay day loan  from lending tree..  it was orginally 300 now its 610 dollars. they had me so afraid saying that i would be arrested today.  but when i asked  them if i needed to call them back with payment info they transferred me to primary payment corp which does not have a direct number

debt collector harrasing sayin that i will go to jail if i dont pay a pay day loan their number is 7704009248

You will NOT be arrested even if you did owe money!!!!  This is a SCAM !  IGNORE the calls.
