Get a call from them 3 times a day for the last week. I would block the number but I have reached my maximum number allowed. I have purchased a machine that I will attach on the weekend that actually blocks up to 100 area codes and one phone numbers. Hopefully this will get ride of all the unwanted calls.

Claims to be from a drug company that I have never ordered from... Canadian. Caller does not speak English well.

You think men are only getting these calls?

You clearly know nothing about Indian scammers. If you did, you'd know these losers get your name and phone number from a number of sources and use it to try to scam you.

How do you think the scammers who call people, ask for them by name and claim to work for Microsoft and have "detected serious problems with your computer" and tell you they will help you "remove the viruses and errors" get their information? The same way the "Canadian aka Indian Pharmacy aka Scam" does. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if one scam company doesn't sell your info to another scam company.

I saw it coming when I read the number on the display.
And Bingo! Some Indian accent chick telling me about my medication bla, bla, bla.
Once she was finished I say drily and firm:
"This is an internal FBI number of the fraud investigations department, how may I help you?"

That's one way to get of their lists and marked and respected as DO-NOT-CALL number when the other service fails you!

It is an Indian pharmacy looking for you to refill an Rx.  They WILL NOT remove you from their robo-call list.  Do not bother asking.  I have blocked the number on my Verizon Wireless account.  Easy.

I get calls from this number 4-5 times daily India says GA but i know they are computer calls never leave a message, . BUt at least I'am getting excersise getting up to answer the calls so please keep calling and talk to my answering machine. THanks so much for calling my home everyday i realy appreciate it! I called the number back about 15 times and they finnaly took me off the list

These idiots call me repeated on my cell phone, which is prepaid, so it's costing me every time. I called them from my home phone and cell phone, as a courtesy. The second time I called THEY HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!

Called me once I didn't answer.  Googled the number came across you guys and found out the number is invalid.  Sound about right??  SIMPLE SOLUTION:  Idk of any cell phones or home phone companies where you can't block the number.  CHANGE THE PHONE SETTINGS TO BLOCK THE NUMBER AND BE DONE WITH IT!! Thanks.

This outfit has driven me crazy for a couple of years now.  I answer and tell them to take me off of their list and they hang up on me.  Then someone else calls and it's the same thing over and over and over again. They hacked into my email account somehow and sent everyone in my address book stuff about Viagra. A lot of these addresses are from school teachers and other female customers.  Now I am getting all kinds of angry emails back from my clients wondering why I am sending them info on Viagra!!!!!!!!!   I don't know how to stop these people.  Anyone have any ideas?????    I am already on the don't call list, which doesn't seem to matter to these people!

Got a call from  16788001086 per caller id log.  Spouse just hung up on them.  I wish I had a button on my phone that would go back directly to the call center of all telemarketers and burn out their call center equipment and software.  Dream on.

I speak several languages.  If I feel like messing with them, I can swear in three languages, ask silly questions in four, and deliver prayers in another.  There are websites online where you can find swear words in many languages.  If you get an Indian call center, try Urdu or Sanskrit swear words.  Or make up your own version of Martian. "Gritz colago vortex sleemy torfu."  Just get some index cards, mark down the phrases you want in each language and just keep them by the phone.  Or do as another lady did and answer the phone "Pedophiles Anonymous".  My friend's brother had one, "Joe's Bar and Mortuary, You stab 'em, we slab 'em".  Or keep a Bible handy and start reading the 10 commands, especially the one about LYING.  Or start reading generations of begats.  "Adam begat Seth.  Seth begat ..."  Or ask questions: "Why is a mouse when it spins?"  or "When did you stop beating your wife."  or "Do you like garlic in you chocolate mousse?"  

Or another good one "This call is being recorded for legal purposes. Do you mind? To whom shall I send the process server?"

I think that if EVERY person who got one of these calls did this, if would make the whole industry shake in fear.  We could make playing with telemarketers a new YouTube sport special.

You better run some malware scans.  You maybe part of a botnet.

my phone is restricted so they can't ring it,but it showes on th missed call list,o well i just delete and go on

The only way to stop them is call them back a bunch of times until they get tired of you calling and then they take you off the list

I received a call on 9/10 and 9/11 on my cell and did not answer. The number is from Adairsville,GA.

They will keep calling as long as you answer the phone, whether or not you tell them to never call again, they will until you buy something. The trick is to not answer your phone when you see these crazy numbers but if you do, you'll know its a pharma call, because they take a couple of seconds to say "hello", then they will ask for you by your full name, always say "you have the wrong number" or whether or not you answer the call, put that number under "Pharma" in your contacts, that way you'll know 6 months later if they are calling you again, to skip the call, it eventually will die down. I did actually speak to a sales person and he basically said they will never stop calling as long as you answer, until you buy something!

You will never be taken off the list whether or not you buy something, the trick is to not answer a call from a crazy phone number you do not recognize although they do manage to call from your area code as well so it can be difficult to filter.
