It was a call saying they had 5,000.00 to deposit into my account. I have not applied for a loan so I am not sure why they are calling me, not interested.

Same thing. An automated message saying that there wasn't an up front payment for a 5,000 loan. I do not know who it was.

I have been receiving messages from them 1 or 2 times a day. The message must cut off, they only leave the number (part way through) and say to have a blessed day.

Voicemail message saying I qualify for an $8,000 loan.  No company name.  Computerized voice.

That told me I was approved for 3000 dollars and it was being deposit in to my bank they sent me a approval letter and I had to send them my id a voided check and my ele.bill I sent all of it to them and I am just wanting to see if the money go' in my bank and when they called they told me that 8 had appled for a lone with cashnet and I did and they already had all the info on me even my bank acc.si I don't know if it is a scam yet on not I will fine out on 8/25/2017 and if it is a scam I will let you all know but you would think if they got your info from another bank it would be really but I don't know these days everybody has to watch how they give stuff out but I will let you know if the 3000 go in my acc

If you applied for a loan from a phone call and they sent you a letter requesting ID and a canceled check along with an electric bill, then you just provided them with all they need to steal your identity. Now they have your social security number, date of birth from the ID. Your banking information and account number off the canceled check and your address from the electric bill.
Thats enough to go open a bank account in your name and  apply for credit if your credit is good. They might even be taking out that $3,000 loan for themself as you.
