Received multiple harassing phone calls since Sept 2018 telling me they are coming to serve me for an old debt.  I have been working with another debt collector for years and have worked out a payment plan with them.  I was told by them there are no court papers filed and to disregard the calls.  Scammers!

Same call they need to come up with new line I always tell them serve your phony papers I’m here . They never show nothing but low life scammers trying to get your money

This number calls me repeatedly and apparently I am to be served with legal documentation for death by deception. Didn’t even realize I was stating I was dead but I guess they will show up with the police department and such due to this. Oh even got a case number to go with it!! Guess we will see since I’m home all day today!

Scammers,same guy calls for 2 years now but a different name every time idiot threatens to arrest me so where are they

This is a scam caller about a credit card I have never had and an action to take me to court over it.

Second call I have received, says they are going to call my place of work to tell them I owe this debt. Going to file papers and have me served at work.

They are calling my entire family daily

This person is calling saying they have my ssn, like we don’t have stress and this scammer adding to our life’s. Hope he gets in jail.

I have a call block app on my phone it showed that they called 42 times last time I spoke with them saying I owed on a cash advance. A company that I have never done business with. I call that business and they have never had me in there system. Something really needs to happen to places like this scam company

This number is calling all of my family members leaving messages that they are trying to locate me and making many threats,  but when they call me they never want to leave a message.  I am really not that hard to find and have an 800 credit score.... obviously a scam.  I started calling them back over and over with my number blocked and just muting my phone... for some reason they don't like being harassed back... imagine that !

This caller is making a false statement. It should be stopped!!!

Received numerous calls and messages from this number and also 855-568-9213 from "Justin Hall" and other callers relaying the same information that they are trying to locate "Bob ____" and that they are going to file paperwork, etc. As mentioned if you block the number, they call from another one. Why can't these idiots be stopped?

Called trying to locate relative, I called them out for being scammers and they threatened that I would get my relative into more trouble.  Said they would show up with papers, had no clue of the real address.

The scammers keep saying they're looking for my nephew. I finally called him back and ask them what kind of scam they were pulling and I asked me what kind of scam I was pulling. I told them my nephew has been in prison for two years and I was going to take this to the police department. Then I told them I was his aunt and they hung up

I call after hours and leave funny messages I suggest you all do the same thing

I just got a threatening call from this number, this is ridiculous!!!!!

These scammers call my work since I have them blocked on my cell and leave a message that they are willing to work with me before they take me to court and I go to jail. First off, our legal system doesn't even work that way. You don't go to jail on civil matters, only criminal. If this was criminal I would absolutely know about it. I've never even gotten a traffic ticket. This is total bunk. How do these scammers continue to operate if they are known scammers? So frustrating.
