Scam call: voicemail says:
"Yes this is the law office of attorney network solutions division of attorney Poe it is imperative that you do give us a call back ... we do need to hear back you or your retained attorney you may reach us directly at 678-834-0576.... best of luck"

On May 3rd, 4th & 5th got a ROBO call from this number and it said "Yes this is the law office of attorney network solutions division of attorney Poe it is imperative that you do give us a call back ... we do need to hear back you or your retained attorney you may reach us directly at 678-816-1646.... best of luck"

I RECIEVED the same message as the previous posters. It is important to note that nowhere within the message is it stated what the case is, a reference number, or if there is a legal case. This is a scare tactic and they buy old dead debt. I know this because I don't have any defaulted debt on my credit reports. Don't bother returning their calls.

Yes I received the same call from 678-834-0576 stating that law office of attorney network solutions division of attorney Poe. This must be the year for these types of calls I have had several this year. All Prank calls trying to get money from me. Be very careful.

same as messages about - I have no debts - but have had debt collection agencies call me a couple of years or so ago trying to collect on debt that had been discharged and they could never provide the documents to my attorney.  They did not tell me what they were calling about just had to talk to their paralegal which I did not return call.  They also use the number 512-717-9020 when they call.  I have no debt for collection on my credit reports.

been getting the same ROBO message, never say who they are calling for or anything .. I never call back cause I have no debts.

They have been calling me since March, so if this is so URGENT, don't you think there would be some sort of registered letter by now??? They use many fake numbers and end the call with  "best of luck to you" with the same female Southern voice. They have another alias as Attorney Poe/ANS/ Attorney Network Solutions. They are scam artists. They would contact you by name.

Many robocalls from this number (678-834-0576) and (205) 378-3712. No personal salutation, no case or other identifying information. They are calling my US cell phone which is on the Federal Do Not Call list. I think I'm debt-free, so if that's true, calling my cell could be a Federal crime.

Yes I received the same call from 678-816-1646 stating that law office of attorney network solutions division of attorney.

Its a small collection agency in Georgia.  Owner is Tiffany Moore.

I received a call from this number and they wanted me to pay 250.00 up front to stop legal issues against me and that if I did not pay they were going to arrest me. I was very scared and called my Attorney.

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the nation's consumer protection agency, is warning consumers to be on the alert for scam artists posing as debt collectors. It may be hard to tell the difference between a legitimate debt collector and a fake one. Sometimes a fake collector may even have some of your personal information, like a bank account number. A caller may be a fake debt collector if he:

is seeking payment on a debt for a loan you do not recognize;
refuses to give you a mailing address or phone number;
asks you for personal financial or sensitive information; or
exerts high pressure to try to scare you into paying, such as threatening to have you arrested or to report you to a law enforcement agency.

Asked to speak to my dad.. when I said he doesn't live here they ask for his number. I told them I wasn't giving it to them and the lady said we will be investigating you and hung up on me.  5 minutes later they called back from different number with all the same stuff.

This number called me 34 times in 7 minutes. My phone automatically blocks the call so they were unable to leave a message. Beware

They are now saying they are consumer financial solutions.....
