Calls to say there's a mediation against me.

I got same call today.???

I got a call saying there was a lawsuit connected to my ss#. It was a recording, how would they know who they were talking to.

Calls this number looking for someone else. I tell them they have the wrong number.they hang up and call back from a different number looking for the same person.

These people will sue you. I had a old payday loan 4 years ago and they sued me...how can they do this?, I have a court date next month. I tried to work out a payment arrangement and the gal i spoke to was very rude.

Fake debt collector scam, starts with a recording.  If you get a live person, they will threaten to have you arrested unless you buy a prepaid card and give them the number.  They were bday but I tired them up on the line fire as long as possible to keep anyone else from being victimized during that time.

I call these folks today, because i got served with summons to appear in court for a old ge credit card account. They were very rude and would not take my offer to settle the account...scumbags...I will see you in court

They call 2x/day. I didn't answer the 1st time, they left a message about a mediation against me.  I answered the 2nd time and it was a recoding that was interrupted by someone answering it. They would not tell me the debt that I supposedly owed. The girl cussed me out and hung up on me.

Got a phone call 2 days ago. Talked to them. They said I owed them money. I told them I'm a unemployable veteran that has a fiduciary that is in charge of my money.   I told them i can't pay a bill my fiduciary has to. But a bill like this from long ago my fiduciary has to send the bill to the department of veterans affairs fiduciary office in Indianapolis for them to clear the bill then my fiduciary pays it. They said they will email me the bill and send it also via mail. Oh and in the beginning they said I will get served.  That did not come up after I gave my billing information as far as what needed to happen.
