Looked up MOPHSF - it is Purple Heart.  They must have a phone problem.

This number calls my home more than once a day.

Xentel calling "on behalf" of MOPHSF. Do yourself a favor and Google these people. They hire themselves out as fundraisers for charities to sidstep the Do Not Call list. My research revealed they make a flat rate deal with the charity and keep everything they receive beyond that. They seem to call every month or so from a different charity, but it doesn't seem to do any good asking to be removed. They just keep their list but use it to call for a different charity. They've gone so far as to lie to me about my "past contributions", establishing a prior relationship and again sidesteping Do Not Call. They get evasive when I ask about the IRS Form 1099 from that contribution. It doesn't exist because there never was a contribution. Lying to a potential doner doesn't work for me. It's sad too because they ruin the otherwise good name of legitimate charities. Sorry but I won't give money to Xentel to give to anyone.
