Came up on my cell as unknown name, Georgia. I don't know anybody from there and all unknown numbers don't get answered. Added to my call blocker list.

Same as above.  Call back gets a digital voice that sounds like a real person but is not.  It's part of the LOAN SCAM that's been going around from MANY different numbers.  The voice is a heavy, female, Indian accent that will respond to your responses.  It will ask if you are seeking a rent to own home or an auto loan.  Trust me, it sounds like a real person but isn't.  I told it my name was Pooponstick and it repeated it!  It's a SCAM.
