    Dead air caller - keeps calling and then hanging up.  Sounds like one of those criminal robocallers.

    This number turned out to be one of those interactive robocall recording telemarketers.  They are using the darkweb dialer called VDIAL which is why the caller ID shows the long string of characters.  This is a criminal operation and they either pose as Visa/Mastercard or try to sell you a security system and they try to steal your personal data and credit card.
