    This number came up several times back to back.  I let it roll to voicemail but no message was left.  Then "unknown" came up.  I answered and it was someone in a very noisy bullpen type setting - told me they knew my PC had problems and they were an "authorized microsoft PC repair" and they could help me but first they needed to download something to my PC.  At that point, I asked for credentials, a phone #, and told them I would call them back after I checked out their information.
