    Just happened today 5/22/17. Did not answer and no VM left.  Is there a way to report this? What I've found on Google is this is clearly a scam. Btw, do NOT answer the call.

    I've never received a 700 call before.  It just looks phony and I don't answer numbers I'm not familiar with.  This one will be blocked. These nuisance calls are getting worse than ever.  I keep blocking them but I'm running out of space.  How I wish the phone companies would help us out.  They won't, and this present Congress would never dream of stopping entrepreneurs, even when they're crooked. I guess we're on our own, folks.
