Just received a call, did not recognize the number so I disconnected before any message could be made. I am on the Do Not Call list. Frustrating.

U all wouldnt happen to have a Playstation 3?

Pretty hilarious.  I just got my 5th call in 2 days from this company.  Next time I need to let them leave a vm to see how full of crap the person I talked to is.

When you get the call and answer it, there is a recorded message about debt relief and at the end, an option to press 1 to speak to a rep.  No option to get added to future no call list.  Upon speaking with the person answering the phone, I was asked if I am interested in the offer.  I started to explainto the gentleman that my number is listed on the DNC list, and asked to please be blocked, whenh I was so rudely hung up on.

Googled the number, found this forum, read your posts about the 866 number, and called.

The lady that answered the phone swears up and own that they only have one OB caller, and her name is Ashley.  She stated Ashley called my number by mistake, the area code was wrong.  I called [***] on her, told her about the forum I read, and that I have seen this identical post several times in the forum and they are lying.  Explained to her that my conversation was recorded, and that I will be submitting my audio with my DNC complaint.  I then went on and explained the scam to her, how they call from one number, wont allow us to do anything but be sold to, but leave the 866 in vm for us to call back.  The lady swore up and down we have the wrong company, and they are not calling from 701-625-5806.  Gave her several chances to correct herself and she wouldn't.

Best part was, at the end of my call, she somehow managed to block my number anyway, which most systems wont allow from a technical standpoint unless your number is on the "lead list."  A dialer can support several different companies or clients at once.  The dialer knows what messaging to use and what agent should answer your call based on the "lead list" your numbers appears on.  You can't just exclude any phone from the dialer.  You have to exclude the number specifically by lead list :)  So either the lady is totally full of crap, or just blatently lied to me, or both :)

My suggestion to all in ths forum is to make sure your number is registered with DNC, and to file a complaint each and every time they call you.  You would be surprised how quickly a company will get slapped with a decist letter and a fine if DNC gets enough complaints.

I too have registered for a free credit report at freecreditreport.com, and suspect Experian to be the culprit that sold my info.  Wish I was in debt so I could be interested in the service.

Was called at 4 in the morning by this number. Having a smart phone, my phone tells me the general area from where the call came from, just based by area code and whatnot. I have received 15 calls this week alone from numbers in the same area with the same BS, even after "pushing 1 and allowing 72 hours" I've now blocked the number, but I still think that isn't the end.

Called but left no message.  Searching on your web site it is obviously spam.

They just called me... there was a delay after i said hello... a male voice said hi and then the call dropped. No call back yet. Glad other people are having similar calls.

rang, id said no name, i answered, there was a pause, male voice said "hi", call dropped. i just worry that they can now somehow use my number to call long distance and wrack up a huge bill for me? is that possible?

I answered phone and person said "hello" and then hung up.

Got exact same message.  Must be a scam.  dont have any credit cards like she was describing.

How did they get my number? Who are they? Did they call me because I'm excited about the death of Osama? Are they trying to upload a virus via voice contact to my android device? Quick!! Someone make me a tin foil hat so I can block their brain scans!!

Got a call today from this number on my cell.  Male voice said hello, and then the call dropped.

@EasyStreet, the same thing JUST happend to me (some guy said hi and the call dropped)!  So I called back and pressed "1" to be placed on their do not call list, as the recording stated, that it would take up to 72 hours to do so....sounds like a load of crap to me!

I just got a call from this number.  Since I don't have vmx set up on my phone, yet, I just let it ring til they hang up.  Thank God, I can mute the phone so I don't have to listen to it ring.

So I called this number 1-866-553-1917.  Some guy named Jessi answered and asked who he was talking to.  I didn't give him my name, but immediatly told him that someone keeps calling my office from this number, he asked me for the number and quickly, almost like he was scared, let me know that it wouldn't happen again and he would have it taken care of right away.  He said thanks and that was it.  Odd little people....

Recorded message to verify business listing w/ Google. Pressed one to speak w/ someone. Someone from Google, verifying business address information.
It's public information anyways, so verifying it with them was not a problem. No harm done.

These people are fraud fraud fraud!!!!!

They have to reported to authorities and that's what I plan to do immediately.

This company is a SCAM - their people are rude and they do not obey DO NOT CALL lists.  If you want to block them, just call your cell phone provider and have them block the number...  they will likely change there number soon, so do the same with any new number they call you with.

Im trying to ignore calls from this number but seems like they have automated "freaking" program that kept calling back if they cant get any response. If you answer the call there this voice prompt..."if you want to talk to a HUMAN please press 1...if you want your number to be removed (temporarily) please press 2"...but gosh...darn it...72 hrs passed they start calling again...I've talk to someone very nicely to take my number off their list...YES! they did! After 72 hrs...here they go again...and you will start all over again...blah this...blah that... "TOTALLY EXTREMELY OVERLY ANNOYED"

Like many other.  Call got dropped before we could even speak... I said hello heard a male voice and then got disconnected.   I can't even fathom the purpose of this scam?
