This number constantly calls me day and night. very annoying. it leaves a message and hangs up.

This number calls at least 4 times a day, very annoying

No voice mail message left. Must not be proud of what he/she is selling.

Called the number back, and it was an automated "do not call" service, entered my number, they said may take 72 hours for them to stop being annoying.

When the call came in earlier, I chose to take the survey, but just kept hitting "1" after the first word or two of each of the 10 questions, so I could rapidly get to a human.  The call went like this:

Her: What is your name?
Me: What is YOUR name?
Her: Michelle.
Me: What company do you work for?
Michelle: ITC International Conference.
Me: What number can I call you back at?
Michelle: You can't call me back, this is just an answering service for the company.
Me: Well I'm trying to find more information about this company that keeps calling me--
Michelle: [click]
Me: You hung up on me?!?!?!

Then I called back, and turned out it allowed me to opt out.  Or, they just farmed my number and will start selling it to other reprobates.  Previous times when I've called back it gave an error "this number is not in service" -- meaning that they are also spoofing caller ID, which may be illegal in places.

Calls every day after 8:30. We have a baby that is bed. Just plan rude!

Have to answer with caution. That loud horn!

This phone number belongs to a public utility named CallerID4U, Inc. They have entered into revenue sharing agreements with telemarketers who make illegal unsolicited telephone calls.  They profit directly from these outbound unsolicited telephone calls.

This appears to be a clear violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

They call constantly. I don't answer the phone when I see this number on my caller I.D. I saved it under P.I.A.
