Same thing happened to my phone.

Just got a call on my cell, no one on other end!  Grrrrrr!

I just received a call from this number on my business cell phone.  I said hello, and... nothing. I said hello a second time- - - nothing but dead air. So I used my uninvited call remedy. I ran to my keyboard/ synthesizer and ;having already determined what the shriekiest, loudest, and most annoying sound on the keyboard is; hit the appropriate button, cranked it as loud as it goes and set the phone's mouthpiece directly on top of one of speakers. After hearing a very wildly inventive string of expletives, which is usually proof of its effectiveness.
    I can't take all the credit for this, as I learned it from my Grandpa. His method is even easier, He kept a really loud whistle next to the phone, simple but extremely effective. My method has a 60 to 70% success rate. It just warms my heart when I hear the idiots on the other end of the line swearing vehemently.
   What these pond scum dwelling reprobates accomplish when calling multiple times a day, but saying nothing is just beyond me. Good luck my fellow warriors. Keep fighting the good fight against these spineless, apparently mute, bottom feeders!

I have received two calls from this number and each time I have answered and no one say anything, who is it, I know the call is coming from North Dakota, but who is it?

I got a call from this number, they come on the line after saying "hello" three times and tell me they are selling Dental Insurance.  I got information about the company, they wanted my zip code, date of birth and social security number!  FAT CHANCE.  They claimed the company was "Netsurance" with the same website address that does NOT exist.  I then told them they were in violation of the do not call list and they could now pay the $500 fine.  These A^^holes then called me back three more times and said nothing.  I then get a mysterious call from an extended number saying I have been "kicked from this conference call".  The area code was from MEXICO, home of ID theft!!!!  BEWARE!!!  I looked up netsurance.com which belongs to Go Daddy and it belongs to one Brent Vickery of Forney, TX.  I called his number that was listed and verified it was his voice that called the first time.  I live in his area and will now be filing a police report and can take him to small claims court for $500 for each call!  Merry Christmas jackwad!

Yes, another scumbag telemarketer but the real mystery is who is behind the distribution of our phone numbers?

DNC list ending up in the wrong hands, or Phone companies trying to make extra bucks? I know it sound sick.

If phone companies are part of it, they should rewrite their Privacy Policy and say, this. "We are glad to have you as our customer but at the same time we'll screw you as well by selling your numbers to unknown scammers".

I  actually  listened  to  their  insurance  BS  until  the  system  gave  me  the option  to  talk to  a  life  person (you  can't  call  them  back).   the  guy  who  answered  said  "we  are  Netsurance and  we  are  located  in  Orange  County,  CA."    When  i  told  him that  they  were  violating  the  Do-Not-Call  list,  he  hung  up  on  me.   They  have  been  calling   us  for  almost  a  year  now,   even  after  we  told  them  several  times  that  we  are  on  the  list.

I do like someone  calling my cell phone I do know or want calling me. This cost me time and money !!!

I just got this phone call a few minutes ago. I didnt answer because I didnt recognize it. I usually google strange numbers/ Thats how I came to this site.

Im in DC. I wonder if they are randomly selecting people or if they are targeting certain areas.

Same # calls me several times a day but nothing but dead air when I answer....  Im in TN.  Makes no sense but very aggravating.
