This is my phone number - not someone named Jose - please stop calling me.  I have logged this reply and  want all phone calls to my number to cease.

These people "claim" to be debt collectors, but they are a SCAM.  They wanted us to pay for the return shipping label, but the return shipping is Dish's responsibility.  We did not receive a bill in the mail from Dish, and there is no charge on our account for return shipping.

These people are NUTS, they call me all day!!!  I finally called back to see who it was because the NEVER leave a message and they answered.  I could not understand the lady that answered, sounded like Associates something or another.  When I asked to repeat the name she hung up on me!!!   I blocked the number in my phone.

701-671-9403 calls me, shows N Dakota on called ID on cell phone.  They say the following... "I am (unintelligible) Phillips, this is a recorded call, am I speaking with ( ME)? "   Of course I said, "I don't know, who is this?"  The reply, "You don't know who you are?"  I said, "Not when I am being recorded."  They hang up.  Priceless.  I call back, find out who they are and tell them to never call me again for they have already violated the law.  Now I await the written communication within the 5 day time limit.  My guess is they will screw that up as well.  Funny thing, I have a "FINAL BILL" from DISH that was paid in full.  Even state's "FINAL BILL" on the invoice.  LOL.   Done deal.....

We are getting the same thing.  I fought with Dish.  When I had Dish and canceled it they came and picked up their equipment.  When my mom passed I canceled her service.  Bill is in my dad's name.  They wanted their equipment back, said they'd send a box & I had to pay to send it back.  I told them no way come and get it.  They called repeatedly.  I finally called them and told them I'd find a box if they'd send me a label.  Woman I spoke kept repeating a script and I kept trying to talk over her.  I flat out told her you send me a postage paid label and I'll send it back.  She finally hung up on me.  She called me back a couple hours later and said she'd send the label and said nothing more about paying for it.  We were getting bills for the 17.97 from dish now we're getting it from this Receivables collection place.  AND everytime they call they don't leave a message and they hang up if we answer.  SO F*** Them

How do u get them to stop ots so annoying all day they call me or hang up can't even understand what they say

Call  morning and at night 3 to 4 times a day

Spoke with dish network they said it is a scam number to avoid them and report then to dish network

Samething, I clxd my ons dishnet work account due to she no longer at home in a nursey home.  Clxd the it they said I can't do that and that I have to send the proof of the nursing home name and address and phone number.  My lawyers you dot have to that don't give them anything.  That they can clxd th it with no change.  If that person is no longer living at that address.  Sent all of it back to them and now they want over 250 right now.  I told them NO i will not pay you.  Know this RPM is calling,  I just ignore them.  They can't get anything

I am sick of getting calls from 701-671-9403.  They say to hold for an important call and never come to the line.  Quit calling my cell phone.  It's private.

Came in this morning to see someone was blowing up my office line all weekend and didn't leave one single message.  This is a business line so if this is Dish they have no business calling here.

Called 3 days ago for my son who had dish, said they were calling to collect on past due bill turned over for collection. Called dish, said they had nothing past due and no record of sending anything to collections that it is a scam. Called back today, said that they were ligit, yea right!!

I've been receiving calls from this number daily, yet when I pickup there's never anyone there, only told to hold for a CSR.  Finally went to the web today to see who's calling and find out its DishNetwork collections.  That's fine but I don't have any outstanding bills with Dish, I pay my balance monthly.  I recently terminated by service with them, sent back equipment components they asked for and paid off my account; YET I find I'm receiving collection calls.  Time to post to their Facebook page and file an FTC notice.  Doesn't do much but does add to the database of angry customers which eventually equates to some kind of action.

I am sickly this caller calls any time .even when I am at church.

Have called dish 3x to make sure my bill was paid in full.  They confirmed and I still kept receiving notices of past due bill owed.  They told me to ignore it.  Now I'm getting calls from this number daily.  SPAM.  

This people start calling at 8:00 am seven days a week!!
