This phone number belongs to a public utility named CallerID4U, Inc. They have entered into revenue sharing agreements with telemarketers who make illegal unsolicited telephone calls.  They profit directly from these outbound unsolicited telephone calls.

This appears to be a clear violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

Recorded call to both cell phones today ID self as the 'Gem State Tea party' Talk about insult to injury.

I get one call after another. they are financial people from TD Ameritrade I think. They are always calling me and just laugh and don't leave a message and then hang up. Very scamming folks. Just don't answer your phone. They want all your pertinent info.

Just called. recording said "If you are over 65. . ." then I hung up. Caller ID says Fargo, ND

"You have received a call from one of our" (click). . ."Hi! This is Chelsea calling with Home Protecti' (click). . .

How do these [***] profit from calling me and hanging up?

Due to high volume all operators are busy, please leave your name and number and we will call back later.
Or something to that effect, called twice on business number at 9:12 and 9:29 at night.
Hope they burn in hell!

Called my business @ 9:32pm, left no message. No one was in store to answer anyway, we close between 5-6pm.

More time passes, more scam calls.  Some new numbers, the same familiar patterns.  Even got a rare Sunday call from this "CA" number, and on Easter no less:

Received call from 7019290190.  Unknown solicitor

Keep getting calls from random numbers and this is one of them.  I don't answer if I don't know who it is and therefore have not answered but came on here to find out information on who is calling.

Telemarketer offering a promotion. At least that is the recording when you dial the number. Very trivial compared to the tragedies that have recently happened.

Ditto to above irritation. No message.

HAVE RECEIVED CALLS FROM 701-929-0190 BEFORE. CALLER ID SAYS MEDICAL ALERT, HAVE NEVER ANSWERED, LEAVE NO MESSAGE.

I've just received an unsolicited call from this number (5:30 PM). Texas.
