Scam/fake debt collector

I received a call saying they have complain against me and they are to serve my papers at me my job or home i know this a scam if anyone was going to serve you papers they would just come n give them to you

I received the exact recording from another number last week.  The recording said they received a complaint in their office...I'll be served at my home or place of employment, and I have been officially notified, blah, blah, blah.

I just received a cal from them. SCAM!!!!

They called me this afternoon saying they were gonna come to my job or my home and there was a complaint against me. Didn't say where they were calling from or anything.

This guy's called to my wife,saying they gonna show to my wife's job or at our house about a complaint!!!!

Called - There is a complaint filed and they will serve me at work or at home. This is a [***] Scam and it would be nice to put them out of Business  Permanently!

This is no different than the irs scam, ignore and block them!

Man called with the same stuff as others with a fake case number

I RECEIVED THE SAME CALL AND MESAAGE. I called several times and they keep hanging up on me.

This number left me a message that I have a civil complaint against me and that I will be served at my residence and work. I called back and the rude person on the other end of the phone said I had a claim from an ACE Checking in Lodi. NEVER BEEN TO LODI. SCAM!!!!

Saying I will be served at home or work I cashed a check called them back very nasty and rude on the phone i hung up on  them now I'm blocking

3rd VM this week saying their going to serve me with papers, asking for my address blah blah blah .... IF your going to serve someone papers 1. You should already know my address 2. You wouldn't be calling me 3 times to "notify me". Bunch of BS, I know for a fact I do not owe anything. So tired of these calls.

Wow they sure have a lot of homes and jobs to shown up at.....same msg complaint ..serving me at job since they can't reach me on the phone

Got a second vm this morning saying they have a claim filed against me with 2 charges case number RAH308888 going to serve me at home or at work

I got a called from these people stating that there was a complaint against me, they didn't say from who and they will serve papers to my home or place of work. I asked whose complaining but would not answer me. However, I know for a fact, they don't call you before hand if they are going to serve you papers, they just do it without notice. And besides, this person didn't sound like he spoke much English. I told them they have been reported.

Same as above. Calls numerous times! Don't owe anything but they claim they going come to job n home! Lol wish I had a job! They obviously don't know status of whom they are calling. I report them of their illegal scams!!!

Have gotten the same message as everyone else I have now blocked them and reported them.

I got a call from them yesterday and again today. Said they are going to serve me at my place of employment or home because I had a complaint filed against me. I called back and advised them account has already been paid, and said if they continue to call me I'll call the police. The guy advised me to call my local 9-1-1 because they aren't going to stop unless they receive notice from the police. Good thing I work 2 doors down from the police. I'll be filing a report today. These scammers need to get a life. Don't believe anything they tell you. If they hang up on your or get nasty, thats the first sign they are a scammer. Also make sure you ask for their business address and send you any information by mail in writing. If they refuse, it's a scam. They are required by law to do so.
