    I have my answering machine set to 2 rings, so they think someone has answered the call.
    You don't talk, I don't pick up.

    Since Las Vegas has gone to 2 area codes and YOU MUST now dial the area code for all local calls, so this is a Spoofed phone number calling.

    You would think that CenturyLink would not complete the call as dialed and just reject it from the spoofed caller ID info.
    I guess their call processing equipment is not very smart at the phone company these days.
