This is a scam phishing for your personal information by claiming they have legal documents to serve you. If this was a true summons 1. They'd never call ahead to warn you.

2. They would have all your personal information in advance.

They called looking for a family member and became belligerent when I wouldn't  cooperate

Did not speak to them. They left a VM

Scammers looking to scare people out of money. Caller 702-389-7583 is listed under a clown by the name of-Eric Carbajal

The caller asked if my daughter was there by name.  I said no asked what it was about,  she said there was a lawsuit in her name and she needed to speak to her.  I said she doesn't  have a lawsuit in her name any where.  Then she proceeded to say she had proof by giving her birthdate and last 4 of social security number. I told her she could find that any where,  so she said fine we'll see her in court and hung up.

Said was in trouble for breach of contract
