Same call, scam, scam...they are phishing for your account number..

I recieved a call tonight from this number telling my all accounts have been locked and to press 1. I pressed 0 to talk to a operator, but it just hung up.....ODD

I'm glad I saw the other posts I was worried.

I received a call a couple days ago, and since the number is a new work cell and no one has it i didnt answer.  I just tried to call the number today from my work and its been disconnected.

I GOT A CALL LAST NIGHT ABOUT 9.30 P.M. TELLING ME THAT WEST BANK CO. HAS BEEN BOUGHT OUT AND I NEED TO TALK TO THE FRAUD dept. for me to push 1 but it didn't do anything when i push 1. tried to call it back today and it  was a busy signal.so it was scam

wes banco said my account was frozen - hit 1. i don't deal with un American named countries - especially mexican names! no account with these [***]!

Was in a meeting when I received a call from this number on my cell. I didn't answer and they did not left a message. When I tried to return the call, it was a bad number and could not be completed.

Got a call at around. 830am from this phone number, so I decided to look up the area code. Found out it is from the Las Vegas area, then did a search of the entire number. Apparently it is a scam. Luckily I didn't pick up.

Just received call from mentioned number. When answered it hung for awhile without any voice. It then hung up.

I just got a call from these people, saying that my Washington Mutual debit card was locked. I immediately hung up, since WaMu was purchased by Chase a few years ago, and there is no such thing as a WaMu debit card!

Mar. 10 - Said my account with Washington Mutual had been locked and to press 1 - I disconnected as I do not have a Wash. Mutual account -  Googled the number and found so many others had received similar calls.

This number has caled me twice now, both times exactly at 9:30 am. Have never been able to pick them up since I was at work. I called them back from my work phone and got a recorded voice saying that the number that I was calling is out of service.

Wtf?! I'm in Dallas, visited Vegas 2 weeks ago, how does someone have my cell #?

got the same phone call saying my HSBC account was in locked and to unlock I had to press 1, and trying to be a joker, I press 1 thinking that I would talk to a live person which didn't happen, now I'm wondering what did I release to them by pressing that number

missed a call and they left no voicemail.  called back to number and it is not in service

Got called twice from this number. Before I could answer they hang up.

recieved a call just a few minutes ago reporting it to my bank right now, live in el paso tx....

Husband received a call from this phone number during the St Patrick's Day parade yesterday on his cell phone and a voicemail was left that his debit card was stolen. My husband knew this was odd because we both had our debit cards in our pockets.  My husband called the bank and they told him they do not call you like that and leave a message.  When my husband tried to call the number back - the message stated this number is unavailable.  This is ridiculous!!!! There should be a law against this.
