    Received a call from this number(702-421-4312) in "Las Vegas", a guy named Kevin Davis, telling me that I won over $600,000.00  and then received a call from the "IRS" in Washington (202-552-4757) stating they were informed that I won a large amount of money, over $400,000.00 and they wanted to make sure that I paid the appropriate taxes on it.  When I was asked by the suposed "IRS person" what I did after the phone call from the Las Vegas number, I told them that I called the police, then the phone call was immediately cut off.
