another robo call about goverment grants. sigh! same scam different number

Caller ID said "Las Vegas Nv".  Left no message.  Since I don't know anyone in Las Vegas I assume it's a telemarketer.

Called it back, was a faked voicemail prompt and a quick advertisement for MagicJack, or the telemarketer themselves is using a MagicJack,

punching 9, or 2, didn't work, only queued a recording on the original call.

Got a call from this number. Hung up. Left no message.

Caller I.D. is Nevada.  Hung up on my business answering machine.

CALLED MY BUSINESS 6/16/2011 - 12:57PM.  I SIMPLY PRESSED THE "BLOCK" BUTTON ON MY UNIDEN OFFICE PHONE.  THEY WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO CALL THIS NUMBER AGAIN - THEY ARE BLOCKED!!!

FACT 6 – contacting the BBB – LAUGHABLE!!!  The BBB SELLS their ratings to the highest bidder, so your complaint will go unnoticed.

Call blocking phones are very inexpensive $40-$60 and they come with, at least, one wireless handset.  Very, very convenient.

BUY A CALL BLOCKING PHONE!

Uniden and Panasonic make CALL BLOCKING telephones.  They’re cheap - $40-$60 and they usually come with a 2nd wireless handset.  COSTCO & AMAZON SELL THEM.  
They work beautifully!  These phones also block “PRIVATE”, “OUT OF AREA” and "UNKNOWN" calls!!!
I have had the same home number and the same business phone number for over 15 years and my home and my business lines (both published) seem to be on every call list imaginable.  I bought a Panasonic call blocking phone for my home and I bought a Uniden call blocking telephone for my business.

NO MORE PROBLEMS WITH TELEMARKETERS.  THEY CAN’T GET THROUGH!
We can stop these telemarketers IF we all buy a call blocking phone.

I am using VOIP by Phonepower.com (for about $10/month) and I get almost unlimited calls in North America and almost unlimited blocking.  I have been happily clicking the buttons to block these annoying calls.  But some marketers are getting smarter now -- they are now calling from an "anonymous" number which cannot be blocked.  Whats our next move?
