This person calling after midnight, saying he has a package to deliver to you early in the morning that has money in it

Called twice asking if I had rec'd pkg from Western Union first - told him I couldn't really understand what he was saying.  I told him I thought he was a scam.  He kind of tried to argue it saying it wasn't a scam.  I hung up.
He called back with another story about winning a contest.  I said I didn't enter a contest.  Then he started saying something about winning money.  I told him I didn't want it.  He started to argue it.  I hung up.
