called on cell

I often receive phone calls informing me about my car's warantee expiring.  I now am receiving these calls on my cell phone.  I don't know how to stop these annoying calls.  How do I block them from my cell phone and home phone?

I get these calls twice a month. It is always from the same company but with different Phone numbers (including this one). It starts with "this is the second notice that the warranty on your car has expired" very annoying. I will like to sue them in a class action suit for using up my Mobile Air Time.

If anybody know of a Class Action Suit, please let me know. I'll be checking back here for information.

These people are terrible.  I'm with you JC, let me know if there's a Class Action Suit.  I just got a call from them for about the 300th time..I don't even own a damn car!

i just got a call from them too- they call almost daily, usually from different #'s- what they are doing is HIGHLY illegal and i would love to be involved in a class action suit as well.

They just called my cell. Jerks like this are the reason I decline calls from phone numbers I don't recognize.

Received a call from 702-520-1312, I clicked 1 to speak with a rep, he said something to the effect of "Warranty Service Center, what's your make and model number?" I said "Hello, what's the name of your company again?" He immediately hung up.

When I called back, all I get is a message to press 1 if I want to be removed... so I did but I don't expect they'll actually remove me.

Very annoying and frequent caller.  I'm not sure how they got my number as very few people have my cell phone number.  Unprofessional group.  It's probably some sort of scam.

I just go a call on my cell from them.  I have given my cell to very few people, so I am miffed when I get a junk call on it.  Since I've been getting junk calls on my cell, I didn't answer, and they didn't leave a message.  If anyone finds out identity and location of these jerks, I would like to know.

I got it today too...clearly this number is a scam and a nuissance...what can be done about it?

If you are on the donotcall registry go back to it and file a complaint. I'm also getting calls and just put myself on it. I have to wait 31 days before I can complain.

called no meassage just using the min up i quess and they called on a pre-pay phone

I just got this call from 702-520-1312. Did not answer because i did not reconize the number. No msg left.

They have been calling me for 6 months now..Not had a car in almost a year now!!

I get these calls all the time from different phone numbers - never answer them as a missed call does not use up cell phone minutes - if it is important they would leave a message - got this one today at 10:09

Called yesterday, 2:39 PM. When I got someone on the line, I asked to be removed from their calling list, operator "Ceasar" burped on the line, and hung up.

I have filed a complaint with the FTC. I encourage you all to do the same.
