This number rings our entire office at one time at least once a quarter. I tried calling it back and it says the number is blocked. Card Services, final notice blah blah blah. who are they? I'd like to report them.

I got the same call yesterday and figured I would find out what was going on. I got a rep who explained if I qualified they would lower all my credit cards to an interest rate of 6%.  I started giving him some information (how many credit cards, how much owed, current interest rates, etc) and when he asked for my highest limit credit card number I said I wouldn't give that info over the phone.  I asked him what company he was with, why I should go with their service when I could just call the credit card companies myself and ask for a reduction.  He got a little defensive, said it was  part of Obama's new credit card protection bill.  I aksed for a website so I could do it online and he hung up on me.
Today the recording called back and said it was "My Last Chance!"  WTH?  I would love to know what this is all about.

Scammers.  Call is from a Nevada cell phone according to caller ID. When I answered a recorded announcement says this is my last chance to receive a special, new rate on a credit card that I don't have. Tried to call back, and they said their number is "blocked" and to try their customer service #.  Of course, they don't give their customer service phone #.

Yup, these scammers are getting around.
