Guy calling himself Chris Lee Sr called and offered to get me grant money.  Illoked up website and it started on 16 Nov 09.  Seems like a scam.

I got a solicitation for grant money.  They took an application over the phone which just involved my name, phone address and some info about my start-up bussiness .  They said they'd get back to me to let me know if i was approved and if approved would invite me into the company for about $3000 then after I got my grant money of anywhere from $50,000 - 1.2 mil I would pay another $6,000.  Seems like a steep price to get free money.  anyway i don't have that kind of money to gamble.  
they have lots of names and phone numbers.

Was prompted to press 1 if I wanted my small business to get some sort of "financial assistance".  It intrigued me, so I pressed to see what would happen.  

I was connected to a young lady and told her that while I was on hold, I typed this number into the 800notes database and said there had been complaints regarding the legitimacy of their "company".

She told me that it was just probably one person's opinion and that they were a legitimate company.  She further invited me to check them out at the better business bureau website.  

It took her several minutes and two times placing me on hold to come up with the company name (which she changed twice)

Ultimately, she decided on "Quid Corp" and then gave me an address of:

Then went on to "invite" me to visit the facility in a strip mall in suburban Las Vegas.

I told her the bbb site listed the information she provided but that it was non-affiliated.  Asked her what they could do for me, she was unsure then settled on financial service for my company.  I asked what type of services but she put me on hold again!

When she returned, I was told to take "her" name and number at 702-522-9999 and that anyone there would be able to assist me.  Said she had take many other customer calls.  I reminded her that she called me but she "assured" me all questions would be answered by calling the number she gave me.

With that, she thanked me FOR CALLING and we hung up.

Tell me scammers if you have been in business since 1999 why do you only have proof of business location for your phone boiler room since Novemeber. Liars, thieves and unethical scammers who are frauding innocent hard working people. How do you look in the mirror?

When I spoke to them, they said that I qualify for atleast 10 different grants. (They called me as a non-profit org.)   They said I qualified for $980,000,000.00 all I had to do is come up with almost $10,000.00 to get these grants....I told them "That's why I want a grant to start my own business and I couldn't afford what they wanted so they said that they could start me out with a grant for $250,000,000.00 if I could come up with at least $3,800.00.   I told them that that was still too much, so we played tag quite a few more times on the phone with weeks gone by hoping that I could come up with atleast $3,000,00.  I checked them out on the BBB and they had a complaint but the BBB rated them as a B-.   The BBB said that NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT TO ASK FOR MONEY UNLESS THEY PROVIDED THE SERVICES FIRST.   So I called Quid Corp. a few months later (I didn't get the same Guy, I got a woman) and I told her what the BBB said and she said "when you hire a Lawyer, you have to come up with a down payment, so if you need our help then we have to pay the writers.   I told her that if you want me to trust you than you need to trust me......when I get the money from the grants than I'll pay you....so she hung up on me!    THE NERVE OF THESE AS OHS....YOU KNOW, I WOULD HAVE PAID THEM $10.000.00 IF THEY DID WHAT THEY PROMISED AND HOOKED ME UP.   MY BUSINESS IS VERY PROSPERIOUS AND IS GROWING EVERY DAY......WHAT A LOSS TO THEM!  WHAT FOOLS!!!

NO THEY ARE NOT A SCAM!  If it wasn't for QUID CORP we would have had to close down our business.  I almost fell victim to the former employee who writes these so called complaints that is copied and pasted into every blog site.  If it wasn't for Quid pointing that out to me and then backing it up with 11 years in business and not 1 complaint with the Better Business Bureau.  Not a lot of companies can say that now can they.  Not only did they help us out last year but I am now forming my 501c3 with them this month.  If there were fraudulent do you think they would do IRS filing? Don't let someones bitterness talk you out of doing the thing that saved our business!!  THANK YOU EVERYONE AT QUID CORP!!!

If they open and close their companies then why has Quid Corp been in business for 11 years without 1 single complaint from the Better Business Bureau.  Don't you think if that was remotely true they would have at least one complaint?  Whistleblower what you are doing is slander.  How many companies can say they have been in business for 11 years and not have 1 complaint!!!  Not many.  Don't listen to this disgruntled employee who is on every site I have seen slamming them with a cut and paste of her other complaints.  I can right Michael Jackson was my step mother but it doesn't make it a fact.  The BBB and Sec of St won't lie.  Do you homework!

I called to get some grant $$$, I only wanted about $30,000, but they pumped my need to $247,000. I said OK. They wanted $12,600 BEFORE I get the grant. I asked why can't you get it after I get the grant $$$. I would gladly pay you $20,000 out of the grant. I said this is sounding like a scam. A Henery Ramos got all indignet and said they were on the BBB since 1999. I looked and the date they started Quid Corp was 2010. Lies or mistakes I do not care to trust my $$ to either. A realator works to sell a house, he/she doesn't get paid until the money is on the table. A B- rateing is TOO HIGH

Quid Corp is a shelf corporation and I started working there LONG before you. . .They do NOT have any prior business license in the ENTIRE state of Nevada prior to January 2010. . .You CLAIM to be a christian, how do you live with yourself knowing Quid Corp is a scam company. .

You are lying to customer about how long Quid Corp has been in business, having a corporation and having a business license to conduct business is TWO different things. . .

Tell me, you were brought to Quid Corp as a motivational speaker and brought in a hypnotist AND then became a sales manager and you were with the company for two weeks and then claiming to KNOW they have got clients funded. . .

Do you think it is right to mislead people and lie and the grant writer Mike Spears is an alias name and started the same time you did. . .There was NO grant writers and how does ONE or TWO grant writers write thousands and thousands and thousands of grants?  

They can not write that many grants and I WORKED at QUID and KNOW FOR A FACT THAT SALES REPS LIE AND PAY PEOPLE TO BE THEIR REFERNCE AND LIE AND SAY QUID HAS HELPED THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS OF BUSINESSES. . .

You allow sales reps to say we have a 92% success ratio and the success ratio is ZERO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You are not even at Quid Corp any more you are at Compass National, why would you leave Quid Corp if you were helping thousands and thousands of people, why would you leave to another company?

Stephanie, Stephanie, Stephanie! I have know about your post for a while and I never looked into or even cared. What you are doing girl is slander, with not one fact or proof. Please readers, ask her to show proof! Anyone can say whatever they want on blogs, and its never verified! I cannot believe you are doing this, are you kidding me? For one, did you ever stop to think about your co workers and they went to work EVERY DAY, had families to take care of, CHILDREN that depended on their parents. The job description was to take applications for people who were looking into grants for their business. Of coarse everyone in America qualifies for funding ( we are all aware of this) But, we pick and choose which clients WE, COMPASS NATIONAL, chooses to work with. The true story is...ready? Stephanie came to work everyday in jogging suits, no make up and over weight. She does not care about herself, and you can tell by the way she carries herself. If clients came in, she would run home and change. She brought on a ton of clients...I thought this was not real? She was there for over a year..  very insecure. She has no children, and is Married, yes married. She started dating Raymond Gates. Raymond would deny he was seeing her. He was extremely embarrased because of the way she looked. He denied everything. They would see each other out side, sleeping together, whatever it was. One day, Raymond did not show up for work for a few days.
