FNCB has a long history of illegally making automated calls to cell phones. This is currently the subject of a class action lawsuit, however you may sue on your own for $1500 per violation.

FNCB has been known to use many phone numbers, using a fake caller id such as "LOCAL OFFICE", in an attempt to disguise its identity. - ------------I'm on social security disability. These chumps don't even bother to leave a message when your not home. They're from out of my state trying to collect zombie debt that i legally don't owe. They're getting blocked.

- No time for scamsThey play ding-dong-ditch with the phone like a bunch of 12-year-olds. They also mail fake invoices for satellite tv services and nonexistent credit cards (over 300 complaints to the Better Business Bureau). I have no debt so I know to ignore them, but I worry about the elderly who may fall for these tricks. BBB has no real authority and FTC is too busy. Anyone have any luck getting an agency to care about this?

- SamanthaRI received a call from this number (770-660-3436) today but didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number. On my Caller ID it shows Las Vegas, Nevada. The caller left a voice message. A male identified himself as Tom Maxwell from the Brinks Delivery Company regarding a certified cashiers check that is scheduled to be delivered to me. He asked that I call him back with my contact information. This individual has a Caribbean accent (sounds Jamaican) and speaks proper English. Needless to say, I blocked the number.
